What you will learn:

1. application of the design principles.
students will study how the design process is used to create products or services for the marketplace.

2. effective technical drawings creation.
students learn how to use standardized drawing practices and computer aided design software (autocad 14 & 2000i lt) for creating technical drawings in diverse fields (mechanical, civil engineering etc.)

3. preparation of designs
students will produce correct orthographic or pictorial technical drawings (e.g., floor plans, elevation views, section and assembly drawings) using computer based methods.

4. determine appropriate solutions to design problems .
students will study how to select and use manufacturing and construction materials and techniques related to their projects.
